Amazing custard! Great flavors. The fries are good. The burgers are ok for fastfood
When it comes to fast food there aren't really many options but Culver's is up there as one of the better ones. Some people love their fries but they seem like frozen then baked crinkle cut and require a lot of salt and/or ketchup to give them flavor. I always go for the cheese curds - which are a little more money but worth it. I don't get their frozen custard too often but - again - they offer something of better quality than most other fast food places. The wait staff are always friendly and what you would expect with quality customer service.
Ordered a single patty mushroom burger received a patty melt. Ok mistakes happen. Request the right sandwich again received a single patty, dried out scoop of mushrooms, and a cold slice of Swiss cheese. No sauce on the mushrooms. Ok I know it's fast food but omg can't get the order right and then u give me some slop. Talk to Zach again that's the way we make them. Absolutely the third and last time I have eaten at your mt pleasant culvers. CUSTOMER SERVICE BELOW PART
Food was fine, but the dining room and ladies room were both pretty grungy - bathroom stalls, etc looked like they'd been wiped with a dirty rag wet in dirty water, and the tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down since the day before. Totally out of character for Culver's!
Went to culvers and ordered meals with the family at the drive through. It took 25 minutes to receive food, and this was after a family member went in to check. Meanwhile, 3 different people got their food, and they were all behind us. The sign says it is made fresh and will be so when it is received. Burgers were cold, fries cold, cheese curds cold and rubbery... not sure what they made us wait for, as you can tell the food had been sitting for a while..
